Strong kids & teens
Fun fitness classes for kids and teens aged 6-16 years old
Our Strong Kids and Teens classes introduce youngsters to movements, skills and exercises that will help build overall health, strength, agility and confidence, all whilst having a great time in a safe space.
Classes are split into two age groups and run for 45 action packed minutes every Tuesday afternoon. All of our Strong Kids and Teens coaches have the experience, energy and knowledge to deliver maximum fun and fitness in a safe, friendly environment. All the classes focus on getting everyone active and strong, enjoying movement and exercise, working as part of a team, learning and mastering fun movements, and using gym equipment safely.
STRONG KIDS AGED 6-11
Every Tuesday from 4.15pm - 5pm at Newbury CrossFit, with coaches Luke, Lewis, Zach and Charlotte (meet the team).
Purchase a block of 5 classes per child for £40 or 10 classes per child for £60, with no contract commitment.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children’s classes, or just drop off and pick up at the gym.
All our coaches are DBS checked and highly experienced.
STRONG TEENS AGED 12-16
Every Tuesday from 5pm - 5.45pm at Newbury CrossFit, with coaches Jon, Lewis, Zach and Charlotte (meet the team).
Purchase a block of 5 classes per child for £40 or 10 classes per child for £60, with no contract commitment.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children’s classes, or just drop off and pick up at the gym.
