Suitable for adults of all skill and strength levels, this friendly, coach-led workshop will deliver ‘gymnastics’ drills, skills and tips that are both fun and functional. We’ll practice movements that build strength and flexibility, whilst helping you to move better and feel better in other sports and day-to-day life.
Our expert coaches will give guidance and tips on all aspects of strength and movement, and you’ll leave with a workbook with key progressions and exercises continue to build your skills (as well as a goodie bag). Join us if you’d like to:

Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers, we’ll be active for most of the session (we commend warm layers as it can be chilly in the gym). We’ll provide everything else!
