


Train Like a Woman Seminar
On Saturday 29th November, women’s health and fitness expert Vicki Causer will be facilitating this content-packed 90 minute seminar (1.30pm-3.30pm), which presents an integrated approach to women’s fitness designed to empower you with the confidence that comes from having knowledge of your own body. Vicki will cover the key phases of a woman’s lifetime and provide insight into the following topics:
Your menstrual cycle and what it’s got to do with training
How to move your body at different times of the month to achieve optimal well-being (even if you're post menopause)
Pregnancy and training (and what happens afterwards)
What is (peri)menopause, and Hormone Health 101
What do sleep, nutrition, hydration, stress and movement have to do with it?
Should I be changing how I exercise?
Shout out to our pelvic floor!
The seminar will be held at Newbury Rugby Club and refreshments will be available.
